--The CIVC (the “Comite Interprofessionel du Vin de Champagne”) is organizing the first European competition for champagne instructors. The competition is being organized to reward the instructors, teachers, presenters and all wine professionals who promote champagne information through training activities for future order givers or consumers.
“This competition is reserved for professionals working in the field of teaching about champagne in a public or private hotel school, a training center, oenology or tasting club or any structure dedicated to training.”
This European competition is open to people from eight countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Registration forms downloadable at:
